The whole process took about 2months. After screening with a HR representative I had a series of calls with a hiring manager and his team. Even though the process was quite intensive the people were very accommodating. Got a chance to speak to a team member to get a feeling of the company and real expectations. Was delighted to get the offer however the salary was much lower than the one discussed at the beginning of the process, a word of advice, have the salary or any other important to you things in writing from the start before investing time and energy into the process and avoid disappointment.
