The overall process was straight forward, spoke with a recruiter who was really good and informative. Then spoke with a Senior Tech Acct Manager who was out of houston, great guy you will know when you speak to him. Last step was a technical interview which can range from 2 to 3 hours. My only concern was the rating system on the interview process because apparently I answered all of the questions correctly with the exception of missing a couple of questions and got feedback that was not accurate to how the interview went. I was told I was missing basic network knowledge which made no sense since I just renewed my CCNP. I guess its the luck of the draw on who interviews you. Also feel that if you interview someone, please use a webcam out of courtesey, its not fair to the interviewee.
