I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fort Worth Technologies (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
two part interview process- went to meet the two owners for lunch and they asked questions about my background and what I'm looking for in my next role. Lunch went decent enough other than one owner saying he has a certain type of personality and requires a certain type of personality back from his employees- in which said, "if I tell you that your cardigan is ugly, will you not wear it to the office again?" That bit caught me off guard but I wanted to switch companies. In retrospect I should've listened to my gut and acknowledged that was highly inappropriate. Next round was going to the office to meet the team. They had me come on a day that 1 of their guys was out of office so I wouldn't rub him the wrong way. That was my second red flag I should've taken into consideration but also ignored. Lesson learned!!
I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fort Worth Technologies (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
The hiring process was pretty straight forward. Nothing terribly difficult about it. They are a staffing company, so many of the questions they asked were company specific to that which they are filling for. I did not have a hard time answering the questions.
