Interview
There is a four-step interview process hat begins with a screening from HR. The second interview is with a team member in the same role while the third is with the team lead. Then, I was advised of the last step in the process for which a case study was assigned on a Friday, to be analyzed and prepared over the weekend with delivery to the team on Monday. The team would decide on the hire. Compensation discussions occurred before I got to the fourth step and impeded the process.

Not difficult questions - most interviews turned into discussions to confirm my knowledge and experience aligned well or that I was a quick learner and easily adaptable.

Interview
HR approached me via LinkedIn, a screen call was set with HR. Then a screen call with business line manager. Then 3 back-to-back interviews with senior manager. Finally a week time to prepare a report and presentation on a specific case. In general the process is painless. HR is super helpful and nice. All the interviewers are friendly.

Interview
First interview with the HR and your future manager, just to get to know you.
Then, 3 behavioural interviews to see how you react to situations.
Finally, 1 case study that you receive one week earlier and you have to present to 10 people from the company.
All the interview experience was great. All the people were super nice and helpful. I would recommend it 100%. One of the nicest process I have ever had.

Four interviews so far, has been great conversation and I think the next round is a presentation. They ask very behavior oriented questions, but they are still fairly natural and easy-going. Still waiting on next round
