I had a two part interview. The first interview was with the Visual District Manager. She was absolutely amazing she had been with the company for 10 years. She worked her way up to her position which was very aspiring. That showed me the opportunities to get promoted were valued. The interview was easy I had to pick out 3 outfits. Explain why I was a good fit, answer the usually retail questions and tell her a little bit about myself. My second interview was with the Visual Manager I was going to be working with. That was quick and easy as well. I have a lot of expierence so there really wasn’t an “interview” just a get to know me basis and why I think I would be a good fit for the company.
