Worst Interview I 've ever had In the process that I am looking for a new position on this sector it has been the worst interview that I had. The interviewers were so arrogant and cocky. I have been in a few interviews from another small and medium companies which are absolutly better with good human touch during the interview. Unfortunately, in this case the people which gave the interview were two engineer from Naulcalpan Mex who does not present themselves and they only were reading common question. They even do not understand the question which were only was about professional experience and specific behaviours situations. They were so rude and I feel unconfortable. At the end they laughed about my short professional experience even when the interview was for a jr position . Even with that I was expecting a response which I receive 4 weeks after. In general terms a bad experience. I will not look for a future position in this place. I had huge expectations from this company and I was excited to become a member for Ford but this was the worst interview I had. I hope it was only two pretentios engineer and not the ford company culture.
