First round of interviews was comprised of a behavioral interview (basic questions to ascertain how you interact with others and handle challenges) and a case interview (case study to show whether you have the finance acumen needed to succeed).
Second round of interviews consisted of a group case discussion, to observe whether the applicant could "play nice" with others and work well to achieve a sound recommendation.
Third round of interviews was similar to the first two. At this point, applicants were flown out to Dearborn to participate in a Leadership Conference. The case study was modified slightly, and the applicant went through a full day of interviews and activities in which they interacted with other applicants and Ford employees.
