Interview was a mix of traditional questions ("why do you want to work for Ford," "tell me about this experience on your resume," etc.) and behavioral questions ("tell me about a time you solved a problem in a creative way"). I got the sense that it was very important to be able to answer "why do you want to work at Ford?" Both my interviewers had been with the company for quite a while (decades, not years) and when I couldn't really articulate a good case for a match between me and the company, the rest of the interview felt like it went downhill.
