I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI)
Interview
There is a standardized book/log of questions and procedures they will follow for the interview. The interviewer will grade your answers based on a scale. Most of the questions are behavioral, but they will ask some questions that require some technical depth and knowledge. They will not ask about specific parts of a vehicle or specific technical questions (e.g. what grade of steel would you use in this situation), but they want to know that you have some technical aptitude to think critically about the science and engineering behind automobiles and mobility (e.g. what are some aspects of engineering that you can bring to Ford?).

one round interview process. One hour interview across the technical and all other soft skills questions. Technical part covered more about the previous work experiences and projects I did. Soft skill questions included the project management and the previously project example.
One one one with a senior member from the engineering team during a national engineering conference in the southeastern united states.
Two round interview. Was pretty straight forward. No curve balls.

Interview
There were three interviewers, all behavior questions and last 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
