You have to pass an online aptitude test to be eligible to interview. It's a set of multiple choice questions based on statistics and English. One phone screen and one panel interview. The panel interview was both technical and behavioral. They respond quickly.

There were two interviewers that started out by asking questions about my resume and past projects. Then they moved on to more behavioral and situational questions such as "If you were giving a presentation and the audience was not paying attention , how would you proceed?". These types of questions along with a lot of team oriented questions were asked throughout the remainder of the interview and during the last ten minutes they allowed me to start asking them specific questions about the company.
