I applied online. I interviewed at Foot Locker (Bloomington, MN) in Jul 2017
Interview
The interview took about half an hour. Was put in a group interview and it was great! It was calm and you could really be yourself. What gave me a disadvantage though was that I was put in a group where everyone already knew eachother and was very talkative since they knew eachother in which I was on the far end of the stick.

We are affiliated along with Champs Sports, Footaction, and Six02. Where do you think you best fit in?
I applied online and got a phone call a week later to do the in person interview. In person I had to visit the store and ask for the manager that contacted me.
It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
