I applied online. I interviewed at Flock Safety (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Good very kind and helpful throughout out and showed support. Did not get the job though which is unfortunate . Will be reapplying because it seems like a great environment to be in for the most part
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flock Safety in Oct 2025
Interview
I had multiple rounds of interviews. They were very conversational and really got to know me. I went through about 5 interviews and had a practical to submit as well. The practical came with appropriate instructions where it could be completed with some research and problem solving ability.

Question 1
The interviews were very conversational, with some “tell me about a time” questions. If you aren’t familiar with flock, get to know the company and be ready to answer questions about the company and ask questions.
They interviewed me for a product management positions and I talked to the first round people as if it was managing customer facing features. Turns out they needed someone to manage internal software. Wasn’t super clear but was a good process to go through.
Had a 30 minute screening with recruiter from a referral, then a 60 minute interview with a Product director and an executive. The interview was fine but unfortunately any good feelings were tainted by poor communication from the recruiter. After repeatedly having to nudge the recruiter for interview feedback, eventually he just stopped responding. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I don't like to write a negative review but it would feel wrong to not warn other candidates. Beware - this place has bad recruiters.
