After successfully completing the technical interview, I was invited to a system design interview. However, just an hour later, the interview was abruptly cancelled due to what they described as a "miscommunication." It was quite frustrating to prepare for an interview only to have it cancelled without any clear explanation or follow-up. This left me questioning the coordination and communication within the recruitment process. While I understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, the lack of transparency and the sudden change felt unprofessional. I expected a more considerate and organized approach from a reputed company like FlightAware. I hope the team can improve their candidate communication and scheduling practices moving forward.
