A Flexport recruiter contacted me via email and we scheduled a 20min phone call for an initial screening. After a week or two I got my first coding interview. It took around 1 week for them to get back to me and tell me they wanted to move on with the process. I still needed to do 2 coding interviews and a project deep dive interview and a hiring manager interview. They all took in only 2 days. Through the whole process they were helpful and responsive. The interviewers were also nice. I had no problems whatsoever. They offered a nice compensation as well.
