Reached out to the recruiter and scheduled a time to talk. She called me 20 minutes late, asked a few elementary questions while seeming distracted all the while, but ended the call by inviting me to follow up by emailing my resume so we could schedule an in person meeting. She never replied to my follow ups. All in all a very negative and discouraging experience, especially because I feel very passionate about the product and company's direction.
