Initial screening with a quick emailed abstraction project. Followed by some online timed data abstraction projects that were graded for speed and accuracy. The final step was an in-person telephone/video interview with the manager who asked additional questions about background, experience and expectations.

How many hours a week are you willing to commit to the job
Will do assessment tests first. If you pass those, the interview afterwards will be straightforward and making sure you understand job and expectations of working at least 10 hours a week.
