I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Flairsoft (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Phone screening interview, after that was another phone interview with manager. Since I was remote I didn't have in-person. Interviewer was very nice. open to hearing school experience, since work was limited.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Flairsoft (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very strange. Interviewed with the CEO directly, after confusion between him and the person that contacted me. Just an overall strange demeanor, he didn’t seem prepared with actual questions, and just used general boilerplate items. Most questions centered around how to resolve issues with customers (foreshadowing) .
Offer came in a week later, I took the job, but wish I had done a little more in-depth research first. I probably would have chosen otherwise.
