TLDR recruiting experience: 10/10, interviewers: 8/10
I applied online, and was contacted to do an initial interview with a recruiter.
I then interviewed with the team lead, and was invited to do a virtual onsite which was ~2 hours and consisted of interviews with 4 people total. The virtual onsite was average difficulty, mainly questions about my past work experience, how I work, and what tools I use.
My only point of feedback is that I wished I had more time to ask questions, and that one interviewer felt like she was rushing me through questions and seemed a little uninterested in my responses, saying things like "sick" or "cool" after I'd answered her question. Since we only had 30 minutes each, it was difficult to properly answer all of the questions she had for me. Everyone else seemed genuinely interested in the interview, and it honestly felt more like a conversation, which I really enjoyed.
Overall, the team was super communicative throughout the entire process, and I felt like I was treated like an actual person, unlike some of the other recruiting experiences I had, where you can feel like just another resume.
As bummed as I was that I did not receive an offer, I have nothing but great things to say about the recruiting experience. I think it speaks volumes for how this company operates.
