I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fitch Ratings (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
Interview with the recruiter, then two tech calls. One with a team member and another with the senior manager. Initially they moved very fast and had shown excitement in hiring. All the interviews went very well, but went silent for 2 weeks after the last inetrview and then got standard rejection email stating other candidates are better match. I noticed they posted the same job again back in LinkedIn at the same time. The role is still open in their portal.

I applied online. I interviewed at Fitch Ratings in Apr 2022
Interview
recruiter call -> take home online tech assessment -> teammate interview -> 2*45min hiring manager interview -> extra live coding tech interview
pros: not sure
cons: The whole process was ok until I finished the supposed final round with 2 hiring managers. I was asked to take another 'team fit' interview, which finally turned out to be a live coding interview (SQL + python leetcode questions + oop + time complexity + design pattern questions).
This situation told some facts:
1. The hiring manager lacks ideas of what they want: you cannot randomly request another interview without notice
2. The interview coordinating process failed: when your recruiter has no idea what an interview looks like and how to help to prepare a candidate, it is a failure
3. The team/company culture seemed to be untransparent/no respect, even for a potential employee(an interview candidate)
