the first interview was over the phone, 30 minutes. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. It took them around 3-4 days to get back to me regarding a second interview.

I applied for multiple positions on their website and was contacted within 48 hours to schedule the first phone interview. The scheduling is through a link and times were sparse, I chose the first available. This specific interview seemed to be more of a screening process.
