I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was an extensive process however everyone was very nice and transparent. I first spoke with the recruiter, then interviewed with a Portfolio Evaluation Analyst, and finally I had 3 back to back 45 min interviews with managers of the department and then the VP. only a few days later I got a call from the VP, who offered me a position and completely laid out the details of my offer before sending it to me. Great process!
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
2 phone and one on site with couple zoom calls. Did not ask direct questions about job tasks seemed to focus on behavior, but lacked detail on what it takes to accomplish the job. All rounds seemed like same questions over and over. Some will like your response some may not. Very repetitive in nature and lack deep thought.

Question 1
Tell me about a mistake and what you did to correct it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Had an initial call with an HR representative, they were very nice and wanted to gather information about my interests and why I was looking for a new job.
They then pushed me to the 2nd round phone calls with two senior employees of the company who currently work in the division I was applying for. Both conversations were positive, professional, fun, and laid back. I did not get grilled with typical interview questions.
Lastly, they flew me up to the HQ in Camas, WA for on site interviews with the VP and another senior staff member of the team. I also had a chance to teleconference with a previous employee I chatted with to cover any concerns about the company and environment (it's a very open atmosphere and collegial setup).
