Short. They will take anyone who is excited to be in finance. Very easy interview. Just be aware that its multi rounds and you must dress business professional. Managers generally ask simple questions.

The process was incredibly formal. In some regards it was helpful to have a roadmap, but on the other hand it felt like a series of essay questions. I don't think I really had the opportunity to have a genuine conversation with my interviewer about the position.

Interview
Quick interview 5 minutes, follwed by a company overview about 1 hour. Then I was called the same day for a second interview. After the second interview I was offered the job, right after the interview. The process was very good and effecient, sometimes it can take weeks to hear from employers only to here that they are not interested.
