I discovered FIsher at our college career fair and attended an on campus interview the following day. This first interview was brief-30 to 45 minutes-with two interviewers and merely asked questions about myself and experience mentioned on my resume.
I received a call the next week and was flown out to the Camas, Washington offices for another round of interviews. This was an all day process beginning at 8am. There were 6 other college students all interviewing for various positions. We had a brief overview of the company then were brought to our respective interviewing rooms. There were three separate 45 minute to an hour interviews with directors/managers of different areas of the company. Mine were with Client Services, Trading and Portfolio Evaluation Group managers. Following these interviews, an entry level Client Services member met with me to discuss any questions or concerns I had.
We left the office around 4 and were brought back to our hotel. A couple of Fisher Representatives took us around Portland and out to dinner for the rest of the evening.
Overall, the hiring process was relatively quick and enjoyable.
