I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fisher Investments
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter from Fisher Investments. She asked to set up time to discuss a position within the company to discuss a sales role. Through email I explained that I am interested in HR roles. She called me soon after sending the email and asked that I take a 45 minute assessment and then we could proceed with an interview. I was confused as this was not initially what she discussed. I took the assessment and then emailed her that I completed the assessment. I never heard from her again. She did not tell me whether I failed the assessment based on their standards or finally understood that what she reached out to me about was not what I wanted to pursue. Being in the Talent Acquisition department at a large firm it baffles me to have had this interaction. Every time I see their commercials I always remember this terrible candidate experience. I did not seek out a position at this company- a recruiter pursued me and then I received zero follow up. If this happened at my place of work there would be consequences to treating a candidate this way.

I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Saint Petersburg, FL)
Interview
The interview process was clear and fun. They called me asking me about my CV and asked me about my personal interests. The interviewer explained the job and what I would do if I got it. Extremely respectful and enjoyable.
Initial call with a recruiter then follow-up interviews with potential peers. Was looking for more of an investment role, but got the feeling it was more cold calling sales. Culture wasn't what I was looking for

I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Long. Many interviews, more than any other company. You talk to many different departments to find your spot. There is a lot of information overload in the interview, but the interviewers are respectful.
