FirstService Residential Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very straightforward, nice people, nice office. Looking for someone to manage a handfull of buildings. I have experience so it was pretty easy. I think I could have fit in well.

Interview was very easy and very fast. You meet on the phone with the manager of the department. He speaks to you about the company, training and when expectations. After that, he tells you you got the job and tells you the HR will be in contact with you.
