FirstService Residential General Manager interview questions

The Regional Director, whom I had interviewed with previously (and received no feedback from) neglected to infom me that the Board of Directors would be on the Zoom meeting. I sent a Thank you note, as job seeker etiquette requires. Just like previous time, no response and no feedback. Took having to contact a Regional VP to even get the interview. I have 20 years of experience, but can't get my foot in the door. Yet they hire another mgr I know who can't see out of one eye, has bowel incontinence, feels most things are the office mgrs job, can't follow written and pictorial instructions...
