I interviewed at First Resonance (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
there was an interesting db normalization problem. study up on that. coding was quite minimal. overall, folks did try to ask a lot on my experience but the technical screens were not very strong.

This company from reviews is not good. Seem to be good once I arrived to the onsite interview. However, my guess is the recruiter they have is horrible and doesnt follow a professional setting. As with the previous post, I never got a rejection it has been 2 months + after being told I was getting a follow-up email etc. within a week of interviewing; If you want to waste your time on 1 inteview with HR (which is useless) re-stating your resume, a 4+ hour take home , an onsite 2 hours (1 hour lunch + 1 hour interview ) , then apply to these roles . You would think that after they had invested time they have the curtesy to give an update.
