The interview process was not long. I went through a total of 2 interviews. 1st round with the SV of Accounting it was a virtual interview. Second was in person with all the accounting managers. Questions weren’t hard.
I had 4 rounds of interview : hr, vp of accounting, controller and regional accountants. It was fair interwies. The interviewers were professional and polite to me , they wanted to really know me if I’m the right fit.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at First Hospitality (Rosemont, IL)
Interview
I was supposed be interviewed by 3 people. I thought it would be a one interview.
Instead first I interviewed with the senior accountant-he was more unprepared for the I, but he was nice and at least tried to seem interested.
Next the comptroller came to the room. I’m not even going to call it an interview - I don’t think he even asked me one question. His attitude totally threw me off.
Did not make it to meet CFO.
