Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (United States Coast Guard - Air Station Sacramento) in Oct 2024
Interview
Consisted of 2 rounds behavioral and technical. The behavioral round was essentially about yourself including your experience, favorite tech stack, etc. You may expect to be asked OOP and SDLC related questions here. I got a chance to schedule the technical interview at the end as well. The structure of the technical interview is very much based on the interviewer but mine was a mixed of both behavioral and technical. Make sure you study your resume and the job description for your role to prepare better.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Nov 2024
Interview
After applying, I received a phone call from the recruiter to discuss the position and my experience. During the call, I was asked basic Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) questions and standard behavioral questions. At the end of the call, the recruiter asked for my availability for the final interview, which I provided on the spot. The recruiter said they would schedule the final interview the next day, but I never heard back from them despite following up multiple times.
