The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2011
Interview
I was contacted first and asked if I would be available for a phone interview the next day. I accepted. During the interview process I was asked what my credit history was like. I'm only giving it a negative because I wasn't given an opportunity to access my credit report to let her know. I told her that I knew I had 1 problem but I was not given a chance to talk with her about it after the phone interview even though she said I could. I thought it was rude. If she didn't want me to callback or forward the information she should have just so.

Interview
Was quite a few interviews for a rather entry level job but the people seemed nice. Was hard to answer how I would study for something I had no materials for yet.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX)
Interview
Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
