Fidelity has a very comprehensive interview process. The recruiter was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, giving tips and providing a lot of detail and information. Overall, I had three interview appointments and met with seven people, including the direct manager, her manager and people from other departments that interact with the position. The position was based in Westlake, TX and the interviews were in Westlake, TX and Boston, MA. The interviewers all emphasized that there were internal candidates that were not as experienced, but we're still being considered because of their Fidelity experience.

The hiring process seems to take forever. I had three phone screen interviews (HR, Hiring Manager and Group VP) and then in-office interviews with six people (Hiring Manager, Group VP and 4 co-workers). The offer came in about a month after the interviews started but I had submitted the application 6 weeks prior to that. It felt like a long process.
