The staffing personnel were difficult to work with, would set appt times to talk on the phone but they would often call late or in one case had to reschedule 15 mins into the scheduled appointment time, not professional. Had this type of experience with two different staffing personnel. They also ask you to come in and meet with managers when there are no open positions. Interview itself is nothing out of the ordinary.

Process was easy. Interview with HR followed by interview with hiring manager. The interviews were nice and made me feel comfortable. Good experience overall. Would recommend them as a company

The interview was more of a conversation. The manager wanted to see how well I communicate ideas and to see how polished I was. There were some questions which required more technical replies, but overall, it was just a conversation between two industry professionals.
