The interview process was decent. There were around 8 technical rounds ranging from design level design and covered all aspects. Global team was very good. However, local team had average colleagues at the same level. It's a shame they cannot match your current pay if you are coming from premium banking firms (like Goldman Sachs/JP Morgan/Morgan Stanley). The variable pay is very high at the Architect layer. Do make sure you know what you are signing up for before hand. Recruiter has no influence on your compensation. It's purely driven by manager. Give Fidelity a miss if you are an exception person in your current firm. I would have loved working with them just for the Global team members, however had to reject the offer since they gave -20% of my current pay scale.

There were five rounds (3 of them were technical, 1 was managerial, 1 was HR). Technical rounds were medium complex. They tested me on my database fundamentals, cloud knowledge, past experiences, etc.
