I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA)
Interview
Lengthy and challenging but doable. A lot of questions on data structures and leetcode questions practice is a must. Interviewed by researchers and other developers. A lot of meeting with different stake holders in the firm. Expect at least 5 interviews
It was good. The department hiring staff contact me, communication process is very nice, Interview process is very fast, HR is very nice, the interviewers are also nice. Overall very good experience.

Question 1
Based on resume and some coding question, behaviour question, it will be very helpful to prepare your resume content.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Mar 2016
Interview
Very unorganized. They forgot to call me the first time a phone interview was scheduled. The recruiter rescheduled a phone call. After a few basic questions the second time around they called me from New Jersey to New Hampshire saying they will compensate for travel expenses.
The in-person rounds in New Hampshire were equally unorganized. The hiring *manager* had scheduled only 2 people to interview me - himself and his boss. Midway through my interview with the hiring manager, his boss dropped in to say that he was leaving for the day - and then realized that he was supposed to interview me - so they switched me to him. Midway through that - the hiring manager popped in to say that they found 2 other people to interview me.
What a circus! They call me to NH and could not even organize a round of interviews professionally.
