I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2016
Interview
Got a call for an interview. Scheduled it a few days out. Met with interviewer for a whopping 10 minutes. He asked the questions from a script, and didn't seem to care much how I answered.

Question 1
This is a manual labor job, it's quite strenuous. Can you handle that?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
