The interview is pretty much only about the behavior questions (60 minutes). The interviewer will first spend a few minutes to describe job functions and people they are looking for, and ask some general questions, like why do you choose fedex, how can you apply the things you learned from school to real world work. Then, in the second part, you will have 5 - 10 behavior questions. Ex. Tell me a time when you .......(difficulty, beyond exception, failure.......)
