I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FedEx in May 2014
Interview
The Interview process was simple did a walk through. Afterwards was invited to submit an online application. After that it was a couple of weeks to do a face-to-face interview which consisted of going over a few details of your job history. I think there was like 5 questions and the whole thing lasted about 5 minutes. 2 months later I was hired.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
