The interview process is fairly simple. You will meet with a station manager that you will be assigned to and they will conduct the interview. The manager took the other two people and myself on a tour and following the tour he offered all three of us jobs assuming we could pass a physical which we took that evening. During peak they seem to hire almost any able bodied person.

Driving experience and medical questions to see if you can work as a driver. At this particular station the only people that are hired are those that will pass a DOT physical and have a clean record.
