Phone call - knowledgeable and helpful recruiter, small talk feel, a conversation - thorough explanation of the job, correlating the job tasks to tasks I mentioned in my resume to gain common ground

They use the Star answering process - asked about a time I had to convince someone of something to solve a problem
Presented to panel of three recruiters, thought I did a good job but did not hear anything for weeks, had to reach out multiple times just to get a response back

Interview
Standard process phone call round one, zoom interview round two. The final interview was with the hiring manager and the sales manager where they went back and forth with their questions.
