The interview was conducted by TNT and went brilliantly, the team leaders and desk manager conducted the interview very openly and respectfully about the company's situation and the promise on the salary raises and integration process by Fedex.

Panel interview usually 3 individuals. Director and 2 managers. The interview will start with you giving a high level overview of your resume followed by 5 questions in the following categories: Sales Skills, Planning, Problem Solving, Relationship building.

1) Describe a time when you were unable to convince a customer of the merit of your product/solution.
Planning/Organizing
1) What are the key components of your current sales plan?
2) Describe how you use your sales plan to make progress toward your current sales goals.
Relationship Building
1) Describe a time when you leveraged an internal partnership to develop a solution for a key customer.
Problem Solving
1) Describe a time when you faced a significant obstacle with a customer and walk me through how you analyzed and developed a solution to get around this obstacle.
Initiative
1) Describe a time when you saw an opportunity to improve productivity by coming up with your own ideas or process enhancements that were successfully implemented.
