I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Applied online on a Saturday, got an email for an interview Monday, got a job offer the same Thursday of the week. I started orientation the following Tuesday. Very quick process. I was told if you get the initial interview, as long as you want it, you have the job. You check in at the front, and then as a group, you tour the warehouse. Those who aren't scared off go back to the office for a one-questioned 1:1 interview with a hiring manager.

Question 1
Are you able and willing to perform all stated aspects of the job?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
