I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Collierville, TN) in May 2017
Interview
Pretty straightforward interview process. Received an email to set up a date to come in and interview with a 3 person panel. Arrived to the interview, which consisted of 10 behavioral questions(Discuss a time you had an issue with a customer (or coworker), and how you resolved the issue?),etc., and then I was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had. Overall, a pretty good interview experience.

Discuss a time you had an issue with a customer (or coworker), and how you resolved the issue?
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
The recruiters came to my university and told me to fill out the online application process. Then when they selected me, they followed up with an on-campus interview. One interviewer on site, the other on phone. It was a very behavioral based interview. Most of the questions include questions about previous job experience, challenges in previous jobs and how you overcame them. The interviewers write down the answers and review them. Once they give you the offer, it was on the same website.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to go above and beyond the call of duty.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2015
Interview
First step was a technical interview over phone for almost 50 mins. After more than a month I got email stating that there is another face to face round which will be behavioral interview.
So usually FedEx has these two rounds.
In technical round they ask basics to some advance concept of java. In behavioral round, question was pretty much standard. You can easily find some standard behavioral questions on internet.
