Interview Consisted of a phone call and a tour. However, and airport badge was also required for the job, which required a drug test, background check, and various short training sessions on airport security prior to being hired. FedEx is almost always in need of part-time workers, so the process is usually quick and fairly easy.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
