The interview process was short for me. I thought I would get the Job, but when I got home I received an email saying they found someone else,but overall great interview at least I learned something new.

At what point during the sale process does the sale actually start?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fastenal in May 2019
Interview
A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
I submitted an application online and received a phone call within one week of applying. Then the next step is a one on one interview with the district manager which is relatively easy
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fastenal (Guin, AL) in Nov 2017
Interview
I received an email about a week after I applied to set up a phone interview. Maybe up to a week later I received another email to set up an in person interview with the general manager. The general manager set me up an interview with the district manager the next day.
