A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.

Interview
I first had to do a phone interview with the District Manager and then he sat up a interview in person the next few days. I had the interview with him and then had to do another interview with the store manager. They asked me just the general interview questions and made me feel comfortable wanting to take this job on.
I submitted an application online and received a phone call within one week of applying. Then the next step is a one on one interview with the district manager which is relatively easy

Interview
I received an email about a week after I applied to set up a phone interview. Maybe up to a week later I received another email to set up an in person interview with the general manager. The general manager set me up an interview with the district manager the next day.
