The interview was really chill, this was my first job so I had no idea what I was doing and I was very awkward but they were really nice about everything and waited patiently for my responses.

The interview process was simple; however, if you have a referral is easy to land a job at Fastenal. If you have a referral, if can be challenging sometimes after a phone interview; they will decide either to take you or not.

The interview was simple to answer and the process was fast since I apply with reference. They ask normal question but you need to prepare I think they ask me like 10 to 15 question which is a lot for low pay job.
