After applying online I got sent a text to set up a screening call to decide whether I would be offered an in person interview or not. Screening call only lasted 5 minutes and was very easy.
Online applicationon Farmfoods careers Portal and answering basic questions to confirm availability right to work and basic experience, brief screening call, and a face to face interview with the store manager.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult or rude customer.
Phone call interview asking about my experience and then given an interview date. Quick it was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Asked about myself and availability. Friendly interviewer.
No normal question asked as expected of an interview, He was speaking about his children so I do not know how they decided who gets the job. May have just been pure bias. I am not sure.
