They are horrible as the average of both job reviews and even interviews listed on Glassdoor says. I was thinking "these people in Glassdoor might be whining, it can't be that bad" but yeap, it's THAT bad. They are nowhere near being professionals. They approached me and we had a GREAT interview one of the team leads and then in the next step other person offered under half of the average salary for a position that requires almost double effort with crazy shifts and stuff. I ignored the part that their offer was disrespectful and I asked them to revise their offer and the person which I don't even think is related to HR said that they will. They didn't. Moreover, I asked a couple of times if we are moving forward or NOT. Which could be answered with one word; "no". I've got that "seen" icon on all my messages. Disrespectful, once again. I had to consider it as NO by myself. I am happy for not being a part of this disrespectful team with a lack of professionality.
