It was okay. But they don’t really tell you how it is or will be once your working there. Make sure to ask lots of questions and gather a good contact list in case of emergency.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic info and degree information is all they really asked. A few questions about what age you prefer to work with and stuff.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Family Resources in Jan 2018
Interview
The interviewer ran through a list of generic questions that she had printed out beforehand and conspicuously marked down number scores for each of my answers. She gave no indication that she had so much as looked at my resume or cover letter. I left feeling frustrated; these generic questions often weren't suited to my experiences and I wasn't properly able to highlight my strengths. It might be useful for others interviewing with the same interviewer to know beforehand what their best assets are and be sure to bring them up so that they're properly discussed.

Question 1
What is one weakness you have and how are you working on improving it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Family Resources (Davenport, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
An interview was conducted by the department manager. It lasted about an hour. References were then called, and a background check was completed. The company then took a month and a half before calling back with information on the job.
