Very brief and to the point; was interviewed by the manager and then by the AGM, who was also very friendly. Would note that the ladies who interviewed were both professional and friendly. They really wanted to hear about how one is with customers/people as it is a customer service position after all.

Fast and simple, asked about your hotel experience, your customer service skills, your availability. Overall easy interview if you already have previous hotel experience. Usually give you a tour of the hotel and what they have to offer.
